Catching up with Sara Daley

Today I got to reconnect with my friend from college Sara Daley. It has been over eight(!) years since we last saw each other so it was a great treat to see her and even better that she has moved into the Portland area. Next time we meet up I will be sure to get a photo!

Carol visits!

My dear friend Carol (from Colorado) had work to do in Oregon. The good fortune is that she was able to come out early to spend time with me and Patrick. We had a wonderful time eating good meals, seeing a few Portland sites and, most importantly, catching up.
